About Artist:
After obtaining a Bachelor's degree in graphic design from Universite du Quebec in Montreal in 1982, Sacha worked in the advertising industry and taught private art classes. Sacha now devotes himself entirely to the pursuit of his passion; painting. Sacha's travels throughout North and Central America greatly influence his art practice, transforming his palette to include an impressive array of ochre, burnt orange, burgundy and vibrant blue. Paint is generously applied and the colours left pure in order to give each subject its unique shape, texture and light.

Sacha's accomplishments include: - Artistic Director of twelve public murals illustrating scenes from Quebec's Charter of Rights - Santiago, Chile, a series focusing on Chile's culture - Illustrations for a book titled "L'Histoire de Nelson - Visual arts teacher in Oaxaca, Mexico - Creates five paintings of scenes from the movie "Vendatta" by film-maker Guido Lombardi - Created a comic strip for a forum in Belgium
